Usually a blocked drain pipe or a dirty air filter. We clear the drain line, clean the filter and re-level the unit.

Usually a loose fan blade, a worn bearing or trapped debris. We tighten or replace the fan parts and clear any debris.
AC not turning on
Usually a failed capacitor, PCB fault or power issue. We test the capacitor, PCB and wiring and replace the faulty part.
AC gas refilling
Usually refrigerant that has slowly leaked below the required level. We leak-test, seal the leak and top up the gas to the correct pressure.
